Everybody has some good and bad habits both no one in this world is consider perfect.But still i will going to provide you some tricks which help you to avoid your bad habits.
Let us take example of some bad habit say addicted to phone
Now if someone decided to stay away from phone and concentrate on studies as it affects studies when sits for studying every time notification came and get distracted and start using phone and waste time.
Now in above case notification act as clue which give the brain signal to use phone and action is we see the phone just to see the notification only but ended up in wasting a lot of precious time.
So just clue results this and it is difficult for us to control our action.Clue can be anything it may be time for tv lovers(at 9 pm that show is going to come) or a notification or passing from the restaurant for the people on diet etc. it could be anything also action gives us relief that is why we are doing that.
