it is not really a love triangle at all. It is just one sided infatuation on your part, mostly unrequited. And a happily in love couple on the other side (made obvious by the fact that despite his shortcomings she/he is still with him/her).
My favorite way (hands down) is to use the Pythagorean Theorem. It never fails.
Oh, and right after that, respecting myself enough to run as far away from the triangle as possible.
If he/she can't make up his/her mind to be with ONLY you, then there's nothing you can do. Alternatively, if you are the one who can't decide, get a life and figure out what you want from it, and leave the other two people alone.
