How cytoplasm differ form nucleoplasm in chemical composition

though the cytoplasm is found in each known cell where as nucleoplasm is only found in eukaryotic cells

the main difference between cytoplasm and nucleuoplasm is that cytoplasm is a fluid mass of the cell which is composed of cell organelles where as nucleoplasm

is the sap of the nucleus which contains nucleolus

it is located outside part of nucleus
