How dark is the ocean bottom?

the sun rays from the sun reach only up to a depth of 2000m into the sea and further it does not travel and hence the region in the depth of Ocean is very dark ...due to the Sweat temperature there is also very low .. hope it helps

The ocean bottom will be very dark as the sun rays will not be able to reach it. This u might not see anything if you are too deep in the ocean unless you have a torchlight.
