Why do we die?

"The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time"-- Mark Twain

Death is something unavoidable and necessary for mortals, that is plainly us. We can't avoid dying as it comes naturally and for scientific reasons. Death can happen anytime and anywhere, sometimes we may have the warning, but sometimes we don't.

Death comes to us for many reasons. It could be because of a deadly disease, or because you have gotten too weak to stay stable. Many times infants die because of a weak organ in their body or because of a a missing part. Also infants are too sensitive, so not handling them carefully can also cause deaths.

Children, or adolescents die because of careless accidents, these days because of the new gadgets being introduced, or diseases too. Children are most prone to diseases, deadly ones too.

Adults, may die because of road accidents, suicides, assassinations, or because of diseases again. Dying in adulthood is pretty common in this generation, which is extremely alarming. Usually, all living things die after they grow old, which is nothing but getting weak.

We all grow weak as we grow old. Our body parts wear out and our cells get damaged. Internal organs don't function properly, which leads to death. Usually, death comes to us after a specific period is over, that is our life span, which for humans is about 80-90 years, but is decreasing vigorously.

Well, due to medications, this problem is being solved, but this leads to over-population, which is again a problem for Earth.

So instead of fretting about death now, fret about how we can improve the condition on Earth and making life better.
