Answer:many people together take decisions but it requires time. But there is a big advantage of taking time to make important decisions.this reduces the chance of rash decisions or irresponsible decisions.moreover in democracy mistakes in decisions cannot be hidden for long.There us a space for public discussions on these mistakes.Either the rules have to be changed or the rulers can be changed.
