Stomata of desert plants are open at night which absorb co2 from atmosphere. At day time the stomata is closed to prevent water loss . The stored co2 is used for photosynthesis at daytime. Hope this helps...

mayankyati: but my question is that ki at night time how photosynthesis process take place
mayankyati: if there stomata is closed at day time how they perform photosynthesis by the way its formula is. 6Co2+10H2o-----C6H12o6+energy released

Desert plants take up Carbon dioxide at night and prepare an intermediate which is acted upon by the energy absorbed by the chlorophyll during the day.
