The more accurate an effective resources are used , the more safer the development is and also , the development is sustainable.
The resources when exploited carefully and when innovative methods are used we develop slowly.

For example : When the water resources are exploited not only we get water for irrigation and domestic and industrial purposes but also for generating hydroelectric power leading to development.
