Ali was an old man and a Shikari who hunted a lot of animals and birds.
But he changed into kindhearted man just because of his only daughter Mariam. She was married to a soldier and went to Punjab. Now Ali went to post office daily in the hope of a letter. Every time he thought a letter would come from his daughter.
Ali was passionately related to his daughter.
