ausable confused him into talks and made him think that there was a balcony by saying that this was a full room unless the hotel people did not divide it and he also said that this is not the first time that someone has entered his room through the balcony. thus when the door knocked max thought it was the police and ran out through the window thinking that there was a balcony.
