babur was the eldest son of Umar sheikh Mirza governor of farghana and great grandson of Timur the great . He ascended the throne of Fergana in its capital akhsikent in 1949 at the age of twelve and faced rebellion.

in 1524the dault Khan Lodi and anti party of lodi dynasty invited babur to overthrow the Ibrahim lodi and become ruler of india. babur on the first battle of panipat by defeating Ibrahim lodi in 1526 and become Michal emperor after that he defeated Ibrahim Lodi and then rajput team which is known as battle of khanwa he established his foot hold in india
