CHANGES IN FOREST LAWS HAD A CONSIDERABLE EFFECT ON TRIBAL COMMUNITYBRITISH EXTENDED THEIR CONTROL OVER ALL FOREST AND DECLARED AS STATE OF POWERSOME FOREST ARE DECLARED RESERVED FOREST AS BRITISH WANTED TIMBERNOW IT HAS BECOME IMPOSIBLE FOR THE DEPARTMENT FOR THE LABOURS SO THEY FINDED A SOLUTION THEY DECIDED TO GIVE JHUM CULTIVATION ON SMALL PATCHES OF LAND

Britishers didn't want tribes to use forests they wanted it to grow timber so they made three category of forest and they told tribes to leave forest and live somewhere .
