2) they restricted entry of tribal people in reserved parts of Forest due to this they were not able to collect food and other Forest products

The British forest laws harmed the forest tribes because tribals were not even allowed to stay in the forest . This changed the entire lifestyle of the tribals . The tribals protested against these laws since they considered the forest and all its produce as belonging to them
