Carolus Linnaeus classified the plants like non flowering and non seed bearing plants one side(Cryptogams) and flowering and seed bearing plants the other side(Phanerogams).In Cryptogams the plants having false roots and leaves one side(Bryophyta) and the plants having true roots and leaves the other side(Pteridophyta). In Phanerogams the plants with naked seeds one side(Gymnosperms) and the plants with seeds in fruit the other side(Angiosperms). In Angiosperms the plants with one seed one side(Monocot) and the plants with two seeds the other side(Dicot).
