Most of us know that when Germany invaded Poland ww2 started but that's not the case, as The Third Reich had been involved in a lot of previous political conflicts with the British and french. First, Hitler broke the treaty of Versailles which stated that he couldn't have a army larger than 100,000 men, but he got past this by using a the SA (Storm detachment) as false name as a political suppressor to form a paramilitary wing, then after the Night of The long Knives he replaced the SA with the SS (Sturm Shutz) which he openly converted into the Wehrmacht, Then the treaty also stated that The Weimar republic couldn't have an air force but Hitler got past this by manufacturing bf 109s, He 111s, Stukas, Bf 110s etc under the license of civilian aircraft, then he got past the tank restriction by another loophole which he made under the license of tractors. He made a pact with Britain which made that he could have a submarine fleet equal to that of Britain's then there was also a a treaty that he couldn't have ships weighing more than 35,000 tons and couldn't have more than 2 main guns, He got past this by making the Deuchland class cruisers which had metals which were very light, then the commissioning of the Sd.kfz 231 cruiser gun which was fitted onto the cruisers which had 3 guns in one main gun. These factors enraged the allies then the annexation of the Sudetenland and the rest of Czechoslovakia got the even further boiled their temper, the invasion of Poland was just a breaking point for the allies.
hope it helps!!!
