Answer:Ausable told a false story of balcony to Max .Max took it seriously.As Ausable had the missiles he told that police would come at any time to check the papers.After sometime ,there was a knock and Ausable said police arrived .Max asked Ausable to send the police back and in the meantime max would go and wait on the balcony and in hurry max jumped from the window and die. By this way he get rid of his rival max.
