actually cricket was played in countries where British captured. since India was also captured by British but it was spread in India.first cricket club was set up by parsis .( gymkjhana )

Cricket was entered in India when British was in India . The British like this game and they always play this game in India .In India that time rich people was wanted to live like British people they started playing cricket and slowly slowly all Indians like this game and they also started playing this game.
