Cricket is known as the gentleman's game as it was played only by rich people ..it was orginated in england.. (informal..before cricket ..gilli danda was orginated in india which was similar to cricket)
Cricket spread all over the world within few decades ...actually cricket was played for 5 days known as test format..later it was made in 50 overs for each team known as One Day International. ..later it was more shortened into 20 overs each called T-20..
