As Evelyn herself says her hard work lies behind her success . she says that if you work hard and know where you are going you will get there and she has got right to the top . she is a workaholic . she admitted that if one has determination and clear goals one can succeed .

She is an inspiration to the handicapped because she herself is there she has brought Percussion in front of Orchestra she had given to the handicapped an Idea . it is if she can do we can also do. the deaf children find her as a shining inspiration . They think that there is nowhere where they cannot go .
