The new constitution came it to effect after the fall of kingship in 1791 ,due to French Revolution,after execution of king in 1792,France become a republic.But shot lived constitution due to unstable government .Then Republic was ended by Napoleon Bonaparte by named himself As the Emperor of France in 1804.In 1815 ..
