When we read the poem we come to know that frog had a joy which was both sweet and bitter as he was happy that he was able to earn money through nightingale but also he was jealous of all the fame she was getting for which frog longed.
But finally the frog was able to satisfy his greed of fame too as he was able to destroy not only nightingale' voice she herself too so that once again frog could become the only ruler of the bog.
