how did gavaskar's family members help him to become a good crickter? what did his mother,father, and uncle do?

I think the credit has to go to his mother. In my academics we had a lesson “Sunny Days” taken from one of his article or book I don't remember that. When he was a kid, he was playing with his mother. He said in one of the paragraph that he his mother was bowling and he used to bat. Once he had hit hard to his mom and started bleeding from her nose. But still she didn't mind much and started bowling again. So I think it may be his mother as one of the inspiration.
