Answer:

Gulliver loved to go on voyages. It was during the sea voyage that a great storm took hold of them. The ship began sinking, and only a few of Gulliver's companions could grab a lifeboat and save themselves from drowning, others drowned. But they were not so fortunate because the boat overturned and could not be brought back to the correct position. Due to this overturning of the boat, all of the companions drowned and only Gulliver survived. He swam until he reached the shore.

Gulliver walked himself away from the raging sea shore and was so tired that he fell down on the ground and slept. In the morning, when he woke up, he could not move because he was tied to the ground by strong strings, even his hair was tied to the ground, so he was unable to turn his face.

He suddenly realized that something was moving near his foot. He tried to look but could not move his head. When the thing moved up to his chest, he then saw that it was a tiny man, less than fifteen centimeters tall. There were many others like him. This place was the Land of Lilliput.

  • The people of Lilliput indulged in ridiculous customs and debates. Gulliver was then asked by Lilliputians to defend Lilliput against the empire of Bleufuscu, with which Lilliput is at war over which end of the egg should be broken, this was a matter of religious beliefs.
  • Gulliver captures Bleufuscu's naval fleet thus preventing an invasion but declines to assist the emperor of Lilliput in conquering Blefuscu.  Eventually, he falls out of favor and was ordered to be blinded and starved. He flees to Blefuscu, where he finds a normal size boat and with its help, he successfully returned to England.
