How did harris' attempt to make scrambled eggs?

Harris thought of making scrambled eggs. He gave the work of peeling potatoes to George and narrator but they found it very difficult to do so and they peel a large amount of potato instead of just its covering. Harris showed them the way to peel it but it was still hard for them. They ended up a very little amount of potatoes. Harris broke many eggs and even make them fall on his trousers too. He burnt his fingers and blamed frying pan for it.
