After beating the Soviets Russia would exist as a client state — there was never a plan to conquer all of the Soviet empire thats impossible. Neither any plan to attack the Americas or take North Africa. Everything Germany needed was in Eastern Europe and Ukraine with a slice of Russia and the Southern oil fields.
Once he had all that idea was armoured forces would patrol the Russian border if they tried to rearm go in and destroy major build ups.
Build Berlin into a new super city as well as his own hometown. Enslave the strongest Slavs who would be slaves. Murder the rest alongside Jews, gypsies, homosexuals, any one with special needs…..
Without teh Soviet Union quite reasonably Churchill has to make peace.
Basically a new Roman empire. And like that without war politics would be violent. Imagine the infighting in the Nazis. And technologically Nazis fall behind the US as innovation is low without war.
Hitler dies and a civil war? Nazis were an unstable lot. Without war and Hitler would it be like Yugoslavia and Tito?

Answer:
Hitler's post-war plan for Germany was broad in scope, involving a severe reorganization not only of the "Fatherland," but in specific of its conquered nations. This would start with the current war and further action would be instituted after it was won.
Some of his vision revolved around "Arian race" development, but it also included eliminating "useless eaters" and religion, constructing vast towns, altering the education system, and transforming the economy into a state-controlled socialist organization.
