Wake up when the sun rays enter your cave and brush your face, Breakfast time. Needs to go out and get some good ol' ox or goat meat or perhaps start the day off with something light, like some fruits. Either he comes back with food or becomes breakfast for a sabre tooth family. Next up, Hunting and Gathering. Life was undoubtedly rough, average life expectancy was around 25. They hunted for ducks, did some fishing and later on begin to farm.
The cavemen also tried to innovate hunting techniques by trying to build and improve their tools perhaps in spare time. Just like us our ancestors were heavily a group dependent species. Hunting was done in groups and so good coordination and teamwork was required to survive. Young males spent their time up practicing weapons. Women were mostly responsible for taking care of infants and the old and also responsible for the cave art, also there are claims that some sects of female neanderthals also hunted.
After a long day's work alike today, Hunters returned with their hunt to the base while gatherers brought their share for berries and leaves. In this 'dinner' the food was perhaps divided on the basis of social role and importance. After the dinner entertainment ensued. Mostly storytelling and dancing.  After all this they went to sleep as the moon came out and the stars smiled at them.
