Communication serves various functions that are important for the betterment of humans. Some of them are:
- Spreading Information: Passing information or news requires a high level of effective communication. It helps in raising awareness and educating the community regarding personal or social causes. Television and newspapers are important examples of effective communication.
- Expressing feeling: Presenting different perspectives and points of view regarding any social, political, or personal affair acts as an important trait of effective communication. These days social media has made this task very easy.
- Influencing: Convincing and influencing people be it kids, youth, working sector, or old age group has become a difficult task, but proper communication of facts and reality can make it easier, Advertisement is a very important example concerning influencing.
