Helen Keller wrote a story called ‘The Frost King’ which was mostly similar to another story called ' The Frost fairies ' by Miss Margaret T.Canby. So all said that she copied Miss Margaret's book and said that it was her own thoughts.
So that disreputed her and it was her darkest episode of her life.
That made her not to write any more stories as she thought that whether what she writes is her original story of her own thoughts. So that's why the unpleasant episode of "The Frost King " robbed Helen Keller of her confidence to write.
