when America excavated the atomic bomb or nuclear bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki this should be poor natural resources but with the help of technology Japan imidazole development developed country and now with the help of fast developing Technology it has been the developed country among the richest country

although Japan has no natural resources of its own but then also it is classified as developed country becoz the government of Japan give it's more interest in HRD (Human Resource Development).In japan almost citizens are educated which in return gives a fruitful results to japan in the terms of business nd service.Government provides a medical facilities in less cost .If the citizens r heathy the be give a good profit to the country.
