Well it's really a thing that all most all discussed by all that time is moving on and the length of clothes in the western cities is been decreasing. As the time and tide would never stop for any one in the same way the western countries like European countries and even american countries are developing a lot. But yet the length of clothes even it's men or women the length is going on decreasing. Now this culture is even been effecting the tradition and even the culture of our nation i.e. India's rich and old tradition. The Indian are now even getting too much influenced by the European culture. Hence I say that the length of clothes in Europe is changing with time.
