How did Mandela experiment with pea plant show that traits can be dominant or recessive? and recessive traits are lost. Explain .​

Mendelev took two pea plants. One pea plant was tall and the other one was short. In the f1 generation mendelev observed that all pea plants were tall. But in the f1 generation he observed some were tall and some were short. It means that tall was the dominant characteristics in the f1 generation . But in f2 generation he observed that some were tall and some were short. Than ultimately at last most of the pea plants were found tall,as it was a dominant characteristic.
