Answer:

Mandela's hunger for freedom changed his life completely. He was not able to enjoy his own freedom when his fellow black people were denied of their freedom. So he decided to fight against the whites and help the blacks to attain their freedom. But the process turned his life.It animated and transformed him from a frightened person to a bold person, from someone who lived by abiding the law to a criminal and it  forced him to live the life of a monk.It also turned him from a family-loving husband to a man without home. The chains on his people became chains for him too.The discrimination changed him into a great man.He worked day and night for attaining freedom from the apartheid system. He even had to go through brutal beatings and torture but what he finally gained at last was worth all those tortures!
