When mendel crossed two plants one pure tall (TT) and other pure dwarf (tt) he obtained all tall plants in F1 progeny. But they were not homozygous like their parents. They were visibly(phenotypically) tall(Tt) but genotypically the inherited the character of dwarfness but it was not expressed.
