The military dictatorship came to end when the Chile was losing his wealth and then they want to take loan from the World Bank and the World Bank told the Pinochet that if u came in democracy only then we gave u the loan. Then, Pinochet tries to restore the democracy and he gave the citizens of Chile to give vote in his favor but the citizens have that a very bad past in their minds. So, that's the military dictatorship came to an end.
