When Mrs Fitzgerald sees that Mrs Pearson was not treated respectfully not only by her son but also by the husband she decides that she would help her. As the Mrs.pearson was in fear  disharmony in her family which prevent her to take strong steps Mrs.Fitzgerald exchange her soul with Mrs Pearson so she got the strength of mind just like the Fitzgerad . So she act strongly and refuse to be mistreated by anyone. Every one was in shocked to see that . So by exchanging the souls , Mrs Fitzgerald help her friend so that she can take bold and strong steps in order to help  her.
