How did National Cooperation Movement spread in cities? Explain.

Non cooperation movement started on 1921 along with the participation of Muslims.They movement at first started in cities where the people along the leaders of INC party opposes the elections expect the justice party in T.N because they are of non Brahmins where they wanted to enjoy the power of Brahmins .

They means the middle class I.e. the lawyer ,teachers , government officials,etc resigned their posts.they picketed the liquor shops.the peasants stoped the paying the revenues.the students stopped going to schools & colleges.they stopped buying the foreign goods and started to use the Kheda
