Nazism exactly did not destroy Germany, but led to the elimination of many human races. It was an ideology followed by Hitler and the Nazi party. It was based on Italian Facism, but was much more extreme than that. This ideology believed in anti-communism and 'Survival of the Fittest '. Therefore, he banned all the parties that supported communalism, sent those party members to concentration camps and we're severely punished. He reinterpreted survival of the Fittest theory by Charles Darwin, and applied it on humans. He believed that all other races except Nordic Aryans were impure and inferior, and thus had no right to live. He believed that these races threatened Aryans purity and thus ordered for mass execution of such races. Jews were severely affected by this. Those Aryans who maintes relation with such people were also severely punished, sometimes their faces were blackened and they were made to walk around the city with shaved head and placard reading ' I betrayed my country '. This whole system led to execution of thousands of innocent people.

Hope it helps.
