how did Nelson Mandela compare oppresser with oppressed​

Nelson Mandela believed that the oppressor was a victim of hatred. He thought that they were behind the bars of prejudice and narrow-mindedness. While the oppressed were victims of the oppressor. They both have been robbed of humanity and peace.
