he had a job in the railway factory in kanchrapara. In calcutta he was in clerical post.

First he had a variety store but he had to close down the shop after 5 years due to loss. Then he had a job in Bengali film but he had to give this too due to handness of the boss. Then remained as a insurance salesman for 10 years .
