So, if you don't know the indefinite integral of cosec(x) yet then you can look it on the internet.

The answer is that integration of cosec x = log | tan(x/2) |

So if you divide the whole expression given in the parentheses then you can easily get your answer.

(π/4+x)/2 = {π/8 +x/2)
