How did poverty remain main challenges for the indian government?

In India the biggest challenge for the government is to remove poverty completely but it is no just a simple one day - two day project it has to done overtime

For the alleviation of poverty government has to make sure of certain things, for that the government has made different programmes like :-

1. National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA)

2. Prime Minister Rozgar Yojna (PMRY)

3. Prime Minister Gramodaya Yojna (PMGY)

etc.
