The Private quelch was a Army trainee member who was better know as 'Proffessor". He was a show-off person and want to show-off his deeper knowledge on army things. For that, he always tell his friends about army things and badgered instructors with question. He badgered Segeant ( an instructor). When the sergeant was taking lecture and he said that the speed at which bullet leaves the Rifle is about 2000 feet per second. Then, quelch Said that it was 2440 feet per second. Corporal Turnbull was an instructor. He was explaining about hand grenade. he said that it is divided up into large number of fragments. At that time, private quelch interrupted the class and said that the correct number was 44. Like that, he always try to outshine and make all realize that he knew everything about army.
