The Indian constituency gives the right to all the citizens of all over India .In a reserve constituency only someone who belongs to the schedule caste or schedule tribes community can stand for elections , in the lok sabha 79 seats are reserved for sc and 41 are St communities .this reservation system makes our democracy a representative democracy
