Answer:
After the end of the French revolution, the abolition on the censorship was removed and the freedom of the press was granted which resulted in the printing of the books and newspapers. The declaration of the rights of man and citizens declared freedom of speech and expression, because of which books and pamphlets started circulating. Freedom of press led to the transfer of opinions and views between different parties. Plays, songs, dramas and festive occasions presented the ideas of Liberty and Justice which attracted a large number of population. The books have already been published by the philosophers on such topics but it was an advantage only to the people who could read.
