Dr Sadao was a patriotic and dutifull person...He decided to filled his duty for his patient and as well as for his nation...
When he saw the enemy in a dangerous situation near to death he decided to cure him as he was a doctor because it was his duty to save his patient as it was enemy or friend...So he saved him but for a true citizen he told everything to general commissioner and said to left him up..
And commissioner was also Sado's patient and he accepted his request and helped him..
