✍️Santosh got a room in Kasturba Hotel which faced the Aravali hills. She used to watch villagers from her room, going up the hill and vanishing suddenly after a while. One day she decided to check it out herself. A few mountaineers motivated her to take to climbing. She got her enrolled in a course at Uttarkashi Nehru Institute of mountaineering. This is how she began to climb mountains.✍️
