As Sebastian's memory was stored in the laptop, when Michael finally won the game WARZONE his memory was restired in his body from the game.

See, when Sebastian banged his head on the laptop during the accident his memory got stored in the laptop. And when Michael won that game his memory was restored.

Sebestian'semory got transferred in the psycho drive games,which he had been playing crazily. It happened due to the motor car accident. He got his memory back because of Michael Dawson. he bought these games at a computer fair, where these games after being theft from the hospital we're being sold. Michael tried his heart and soul, playing different games and trying to rescue Seb. And the day he rescued him in the game jail break, same day the sebestian in the hospital also came out of coma which doctors thought would last for the life time. This was termed as a miracle recovery.
