Answer:-

Some MLAs become ministers when their party wins more than half the number of constituencies in a state and thus is in majority. The party which is in majority then makes a cabinet whose members are called ministers.

Answer:

Political party that wins more than half the total number of seats in the election become the ruling party while all the others from the opposition party. Suppose the total number of seats of a legislative assembly is hundred then the party that gets more than 50 seats will be the ruling party. Ãfter the election then members of a ruling party will elect a leader among them. the governor will appoint the leader of the ruling party as a chief minister of the state. the chief minister will then choose the council of ministers from among the MLAs of the ruling party to help him or her to govern the state. each minister is in charge of a departments such as health agriculture and fisheries.

So, in this way some MLAs become ministers.
