When people migrate to new areas leaving old town behind is called de-urbanisation.

  • De-urbanisation occur when particular area does not retained its power and prominence
  • British defeated their rulers.
  • Less flow of trade and commerce.
  • Their own goods were devalued and demand of old manufacturing companies decreases.
