Its C, they have not filmed or caught on cameras in different galaxies, only some in this one, B is not right cause its not, (almost at least) D could be right but its not couse they can use a telescope for that, but C is the one because they can now identify what elements planets for example are bullt of, by taking a close look at them from a live camera in space for example, witch they cant from a distance, so yeh its C :)
